The International Welcome Service of the International Relations and Francophonie Department welcomes you for any information you may need.

NOTICE : Due to the summer administrative closure, all on-site consulations will be suspended from the evening of Wednesday, July 23, 2025, until the morning of Tuesday, August 19, 2025.

A free hotline will be available from July 26 to August 17, Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. / 2–4 p.m., and Friday, 9 a.m.–12 p.m. / 1:30–3 p.m. at +33 4 73 40 63 57

We welcome the public either by appointment, or during our office hours. Both take place on the 2nd floor of the Maison Internationale Universitaire (9 rue Kessler, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand).

Office hours (without appointment) :
Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 3:00 PM
