Content

The teaching unit aims to understand the functioning of current crop systems, their strengths and constraints in the face of climate change and their limits in terms of sustainability. It examines how understanding the structure and function of natural, semi-natural and complex ecosystems can be used in the agroecosystem management. The evolution of current crop systems will be analyzed in light of the principles of agroecology in terms of agro-ecological services and of sustainable crop systems.
