• Personal and skills assessment: soft skills, knowledge, and technical abilities.
• Designing a career plan.
• Actions to take based on the job market: CV, cover letter, interview preparation.
Tutorials:
• Round tables with professionals from academia (universities, engineering schools, research organizations), industry (agro-food, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, biotechnology), regional innovation clusters, and entrepreneurship stakeholders.
• Personalized mock interviews with academic and industrial professionals.
• Scientific, technical, and economic monitoring.
• Introduction to professional social networks.
• Internship search aligned with the career project (see Pre-internship and Internship units).
